I hold the space, open the door, illuminate the path, and walk with you to a lighter, clearer place.

Office Hours

Sessions are available Tuesday through Saturday by appointment. Appointments can be made online by clicking the “schedule now” button above or by calling 720-984-9575. Sessions are available in-person and online depending on your preference. Please feel free to contact me for more information about availability and scheduling a consultation to get started with therapy.

Rates

My fee is $165 for a 50-60 minute session. Extended session time and phone consultations are prorated and billed in 15-minute increments.

Payment

I accept check and major credit cards as payment. Full payment is expected at the time of service unless previously arranged otherwise.

I do not bill insurance.

If you have a Health Savings Account or a Flexible Savings Account you may be able to use this to pay for services. I am happy to provide statements for this purpose at your request.

I encourage clients to consider rescheduling before canceling a scheduled appointment. I work with clients to find a suitable opening if at all possible. In most cases, if we can reschedule a session within the same week there is no charge.

Sessions cancelled anytime the day before a scheduled session and not rescheduled within the calendar week will result in a late cancel fee of 50% of the current session rate. Please be advised that same day cancellations and no shows are billed at the full session fee.

Consultations

A good fit is fundamental to a successful working relationship. With this in mind, the first step is a 20-30 minute Complimentary Consultation, in person or by phone, prior to the first session. This is an opportunity to find out more about what got you to reach out, gather a little history, answer questions and determine if we are a good fit.

Services

Services are selected and integrated to meet each client's needs and interests. Services include Counseling, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Energy Work, Metamorphosis, Past Life Therapy, Bach Flower Essences, Classes and Workshops.

I do not provide 24-hour availability. Given this, my practice is not suited for clients with serious mental illness, active addiction or those experiencing the need for regular crisis support.

My practice is well suited for:

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
